Our friendly team are excited to demonstrate our modular systems in action and present the array of wood grain finishes we have on display.

Are there any exciting trends that you are seeing in the world of design this year?

Nature has always had a profound influence on architecture and design, and it’s very exciting to see this influence reach new heights in recent times. This has been exemplified with the trend of biomimicry, where human-designed structures aim to replicate the forms and behaviours found in the natural world (and in some cases integrating into the natural environment). This movement is important in architecture as it attempts to reconnect people with the natural environment and reintroduce nature into our built environments. Knotwood is an ideal choice for biomimetic architecture as we harness the look and feel of natural timber, while improving durability and providing a wood alternative.

Could you highlight any recent collaborations or projects that have been particularly impactful for your brand?

We have recently had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the talented former The Block contestants turned full time renovators, Kyal and Kara, on their latest renovation series ‘Bay Builds’. Working alongside the incredible design and building teams that bring these homes to life has been an absolute pleasure. It’s then truly rewarding to sit back and marvel at the result when these homes are presented to their audience.

Are there any product launches we can expect to see at ArchiBuild Expo this June?

We are excited to announce that we will be showcasing a range of new products at ArchiBuild Expo this June. Among them are three innovative batten systems: the Trapezoid Batten, Dome Batten and the Triple Batten Panel system. In addition, we’ll be unveiling our new aluminium Decking system and introducing a new range of Stone colours. We can’t wait to share with the ArchiBuild Expo and the world.

What are you looking forward to the most at ArchiBuild Expo?

We are thrilled to be back at ArchiBuild Expo this year and eager to showcase what Knotwood has to offer. The opportunity for face-to-face time with industry professionals and visitors is incredibly valuable to us.
