Alice's passion and expertise for design and building stem from experiences cultivated globally. With her extensive background as a project interior designer and construction administrator, Alice has honed her skills in high-end, design-driven construction. Alice obtained her builder's license at the start of 2023, and joined forces with her now business partner and brother to create Pamment Projects in 2019, filling a gap in the building market with a company that prioritises design in every project. Alice's commitment to sustainable design and construction inspired her to expand her skillset. She pursued a course in Building Biology at the Australian Institute of Building Biology to understand the impact that the man-made environment has on the health and wellbeing of people. Applying this knowledge, she aims to create healthier homes for its occupants and building sites for their tradespeople. As the company's Co-Director, Alice oversees business operations, and client and architect relationships, applying her keen style sense and administrative expertise to every project. Her effective communication ensures that the construction team accurately implements the architectural and interior vision, resulting in completed buildings that meet Pamment Projects' rigorous standards.
