Dele joined MBIB in 2015 with the responsibility of providing builders with improved access to their services. In 2016, Dele broadened his role with the management of New Business Campaigns nationally to ensure all Construction participants are made aware of our specialised products. In 2022, Dele was made Northern Region Manager to reflect his leadership of both our NSW and ACT businesses. Dele has worked in Insurance and Financial Services in both the UK and Australia for over 15 years, originally with a focus on Financial Services, before specialising in Construction and Engineering risks. Dele has shown a keen interest in new building techniques and new technologies used in the changing world of construction and how these change the risk profile for Contractors!
