Maddison's talents and skills across design, presentation and documentation work are an asset to both clients and the project teams at Plus Architecture. She has worked on a number of commercial fit-out and building refurbishment projects, as well as a number of residential projects from concept through to completion. This has provided her experience across many aspects of design and project delivery from assisting with site assessment, planning and client briefings through to detailed design, documentation and FF&E selection. She is able to work within a BIM project delivery environment including visualisation through Enscape and work collaboratively in a team environment with Revitzo. Maddison is part of the Women in Design and Construction Committee Australia (WIDAC) and assists with planning, organising and hosting industry networking events across Australia. She has a strong passion for connecting and empowering others, and through her work at Plus and WIDAC she is driving change by creating inclusive, collaborative platforms and environments so everyone, at all levels of their career, can grow, connect and thrive. Maddison is also a proud participant of the Property Council Australia's '500 Women in Property' 2023 cohort and program. This is an exciting opportunity for Maddison to connect with other likeminded women in the industry, expand her network and accelerate her career progression.
