Collect your badge from the Registration Desk in front of Door 8.

The Registration Desk is open:

Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.

If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Friday 28th. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk (where you collect your badge) in front of Door 8.

How do I access my leads?
The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact exhibitor.sales@lup.events so they can resend it to you.

MCEC car park: Entry via Normanby Road. Max. vehicle height 2.1m. There is no discount for parking at this venue.

South Wharf Retail car park: Entry via Convention Centre. Max. vehicle height 2.1m. There is no discount for parking at this venue.

Freeway car park (open air parking for oversize vehicles): Entry via Munro Street or Normanby Road. No vehicle height restrictions. There is no discount for parking at this venue.

Visit the Sales Office near the Active Stage for special rates and best spots!

During bump out on Sunday 31st March at 5pm, you are required to wear enclosed shoes and a high visibility vest. All exhibiting stuff MUST have this on from 5pm so the bump-out process can begin.

Please drop your vests in the yellow wheelie bins at the door when exiting.

Please note, the loading dock doors will not open until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their high visibility vest on.
