Exhibitor Information

Storage
If you have booked and paid for storage with GEL Events, pallets that can be transported on a pallet jack will be dropped to your stand between 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Forklifted pallets will follow after this time. Please wait at your stand until your stock is returned. We appreciate your patience.

Return Freight
If you have pre-booked your return freight through GEL Events, the labels will be dropped to your stand prior to show close.

Loading Dock Access
The loading dock is fully booked out until 9pm on Saturday 13th June.

If you have pre-booked a loading dock time, please adhere to this. Arriving early or late may result in your vehicle being turned away.

If you have not pre-booked a loading dock time, your vehicle will only be permitted to arrive between 9pm-10pm.

There is absolutely no loading dock access for Sunday 14th June, unless pre-booked.

Onsite Sale of Products
If you have sold items to visitors, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the event and arrange shipping from your own premises. Buyers are not permitted to collect items during bump out.

Abandoned Freight
Any items remaining in the halls after 12pm Sunday 14th June will be removed and charges will apply.

Safety
All exhibitors are required to wear enclosed shoes and a hi-vis vest. All exhibiting staff MUST have this on from 5pm so the bump-out process can begin.

Please drop your vests in the yellow wheelie bins at the door when exiting.

Note, bump out will not commence until all visitors have left the halls and every exhibitor has their hi-vis vest on.

Collect your badge from the Registration Desk at Hall 3.

The Registration Desk is open:

Saturday 13th June: from 7:30am

Have your ticket QR code ready and your screen brightness at 100% so the registration team can easily scan you in.

If you have ordered a lead scanner, a Lüp staff member will deliver and explain how to use the device prior to show open on Thursday 11th. If you have any questions regarding this, please visit the Exhibitor Registration Desk 3 (where you collect your badge).

How do I access my leads?
The primary contact for your company has been sent login details to view and download your leads. If you cannot find this email, please contact exhibitor.sales@lup.events so they can resend it to you.
