Can you give us a brief introduction to your brand?
Cane-line is a Danish design company, we have over 35 years of experience in designing and manufacturing functional and comfortable furniture. Life made comfortable is the very essence of Cane-line. We constantly focus on quality, innovative technologies and comfort in our products, to ensure that they are made with the greatest care for the environment and the well-being of people.
What differentiates your brand from other competitors in the market?
Our collections are known for their comfort, longevity and ease of maintenance. All materials are commercial-grade and weather-resistant, our products are made to last and can be used outdoors all year round. Another point of difference is Cane-line’s values and our commitment to ‘responsible design’, which is how we minimise our impact on the environment, through certifications and our ‘zero-waste’ production.
We also introduce new, innovative and distinct designs every year, in line with the trends and the market. It keeps our partners involved and interested.
Are there any exciting trends that you are seeing in the world of design this year?
The continued focus on curved shapes and natural tones, that make spaces more comfortable and inviting. The use of textured outdoor fabrics, that are more interesting and add visual appeal. Cane-line’s vast range offers infinite options for Designers to create unique designs, that follow the current trends. Our products also allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, and elevates the design of any space.
What can our visitors expect to see and experience on your stand at Design Show Australia? Any product launches?
The visitors will be able to view our 2025 collection for the first time in person. It is a unique chance to see all the design details that they would not be able to see online or in a catalogue. It is also a great opportunity to test the comfort of the products before they buy or specify. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our stand, to inspire them about the spaces they can create with Cane-line but also to make it a place where they can stop and relax during their time at the show.
As a repeat exhibitor, why do you choose Design Show Australia as the go-to platform to showcase your products?
Design Show is the reference for designer products in Australia. It is a great platform to meet all our partners, whether they are existing or new. We collect feedback on the new designs but also on their business and the market. Face-to-face meetings remain the best way to create better business relationships and more productive discussions.
It is also an opportunity to meet with like-minded people from the Design industry, who we may not come across in our everyday life!
What are you looking forward to the most at Design Show Australia?
We look forward to connecting with our long-term partners and collecting their feedback on the new collections!
Some of them may only be able to travel once a year, therefore Design Show is a great meeting point for people from all over Australia. We also enjoy the diversity of professionals coming to the show, with all Design industries and all states represented.
