With a degree in both Architecture and Fine Art from RMIT University, Bobby brings to Robert Gordon a sense of discipline and creativity. As Director and General Manager, Bobby oversees the direction of the business  with a keen interest in product development working closely with partners and suppliers across the Hospitality and Interiors industries locally and abroad.

Creatively speaking, Bobby has brought his architectural interests to life, with the introduction and design of the Robert Gordon Interiors collections. The highly technical development of each basin and pendant is attributed to Bobby’s experience and skill and his unique knowledge of ceramics. As a 3rd generation family pottery, Bobby leads the business along with his siblings navigating a sustainable, design-led future with an uncompromising approach to quality and craftsmanship whilst steering to the ever-changing retail landscape.

Bobby leads the businesses’ sustainability program, improving and championing sustainable updates across the pottery which include the introduction of new solar-assisted electric kilns, an active clay recycling program and working with local mined clay with naturally low embodied carbon.
