Heath Grave / Beaconhills College
Burnt Earth Flowing Silence

Heath is a student interested in furniture design, woodworking and multidisciplinary art. His work celebrates the natural world, blending traditional craftsmanship with a modern organic aesthetic. Heath creates pieces that feel alive, shaped by the textures, imperfections and stories held within raw materials.

This natural wood sculpture reflects the connection between earth and water. The carved wood represents the dry bushland while flowing forms symbolise movement and renewal. Together they express harmony and balance showing how land and water are inseparable forces that sustain life and shape the natural environment.
