David is the Co-Founder and Director of Kapitol Group, a construction company founded in 2018 to break the mould in construction, and one of Australia’s fastest growing start-ups.

David is a highly experienced construction director, well regarded within the industry for his strategic planning capabilities and demonstrated success leading challenging, multi-sector projects.

David has over 20 years’ in the construction industry and has led the delivery of over $3.5b worth of Design & Construct (D&C) projects. His extensive construction knowledge incorporates logistics, IR and safety.

With an open, approachable leadership style and an acute understanding of what key motivators underpin high performing teams, David works collaboratively with all levels to deliver certainty in project outcomes.

David is driven by a deep seeded desire to improve the construction industry for a better life through innovative building techniques, technologies, supplier solutions, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.
