Thomas Yeend is a Melbourne-based designer and maker specialising in Australian-crafted objects and lighting.

With a background originally based in hand-blown glass, his self-titled YEEND Studio now spans multiple mediums — working with local fabricators to produce bespoke, award-winning pieces drawn from architecture, colour theory, and the interplay between materials.

Constructed from individually formed hand-brushed aluminium ‘leaf’ panels, YEEND Studio’s GON lighting collection aims to balance it’s industrial style with an airy gossamer ambience, seen in its rich material finish, open inviting glow, and bold, sculptural form.
