With over 18 years of lighting experience, Kammaleka (Kam) Naidoo, Unios’ Territory Business Development Leader for NSW, SA and NZ, is a passionate advocate for raising the industry’s profile.

Her topmost achievements in her career have been her Master’s level attainments in Lighting Design Science and Business Administration at the University of Sydney, which has led her to have a multi-dimensional understanding of the lighting industry from a technical, business development and design viewpoint. As an active Women in Lighting Sydney member, she is an advocate for networking and sharing knowledge and ideas, hoping to strengthen the lighting community connections she creates for herself, her colleagues and generations to come.
