Melissa Lunardon is the founder and principal designer of ML Interior Design and the creator of The Design Club, a mentoring program for interior designers looking to grow profitable, sustainable businesses. She helps clients on new builds, renovations, and full home furnishing projects, turning complex design decisions into spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and personal.

Melissa is known for guiding clients through every stage of the process ensuring that each decision is intentional and enhances the way a home is lived in. Her work is defined by clarity, careful planning, and a deep understanding of how design and functionality intersect.

Beyond client work, Melissa is passionate about mentoring interior designers to step confidently into the CEO role. Through her private mentoring programs, she helps designers implement systems and processes, attract higher fee clients, and build businesses that are structured, profitable, and aligned with the lifestyle they want. She encourages designers to trust their expertise and make bold decisions that elevate both their work and their business.

Melissa brings a practical, thoughtful, and highly relatable perspective to design and business, sharing insights from both her own experience and the successes of the designers she mentors.Outside of work, Melissa enjoys family time with her daughter Marigold, running, and reading- a mix of personal development and trashy escapism that keeps her inspired, balanced, and energised.
