Parnia Ossiani Marnani is a Master of Design graduate from UNSW Art & Design, specialising in contemporary jewellery and object design. Originally from Iran, her practice bridges metalworking craft and personal narrative, exploring migration, cultural identity, and emotional durability.


A copper pendant lamp with twelve handcrafted brass moths representing migrants drawn back to their homeland. Each moth detaches magnetically and can be worn as a brooch or any magnetic accessory. Built on an adaptive reuse base with recyclable metals and an 18-hour chemical vapor patina, the work is designed for emotional.
