Her background in workplace design spans multiple sectors including, health care, education, justice, and science and technology, with a strong focus on inclusive, human-centred outcomes.

Pip guides projects from early strategic thinking through to delivery, working closely with clients to ensure spaces are not only functional and beautiful but tailored to the social, mental, and psychological needs of their users.
